WayV member XIAOJUN is entering a new chapter of his music career with his first solo EP, Hey, Somebody, and a special feature in the second issue of the SPOTLIGHT Artist Book.
The publication, released October 31, 2026, highlights the singer’s artistic development following the October 26 release of his debut solo project. The feature explores his musical identity, creative process, and experiences as a performer.
Hey, Somebody includes five tracks, featuring Chinese and English versions of the title song alongside Wave, Sky High, and To Us. XIAOJUN also participated in writing and composing several songs, taking a more active role in shaping his sound.
The accompanying Artist Book presents four visual concepts exploring personal reflection, self-discovery, performance, and his relationship with fans.
XIAOJUN continues to balance his individual projects with his activities as a member of WayV, the Chinese boy group under SM Entertainment.
The release marks an important milestone for the singer, giving listeners a closer look at his musical direction outside the group’s recordings.
